Aphis Certifies Purdue Veterinary Homeland Security Courses
The USDA's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) recently conducted review of Purdue University's Veterinary Homeland Security Graduate Certificate Program. This review resulted in naming the program in compliance with existing National Animal Health Emergency Management System (NAHEMS) Guidelines. The NAHEMS Guidelines were established by APHIS for emergency response personnel in the event of a major animal health emergency.
